While there’s no need to convince anyone of the ever increasing demand for vegan products, the most sought after of all, is good vegan cheese.

Traditionally made, hand-turned, inoculated and aged, our bloom-rind cheeses happily sit on a gourmet cheese board, to pair with wine for a shared food experience that just happens to be dairy free, gluten free and soy free. We use whole cashews as our base, without any additional fillers, stabilizers or preservatives, relying on orthodox cheesemaking techniques for our Camembert and Brie cheeses.

Our approach may have come from Leftfield, but we sit front and centre when it comes to the choice for artisan vegan cheese.
